Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase but if it is not what you want after all, just send it back to us within 7 days enclosing the returns slip which was sent with the parcel and we will refund the full price minus delivery costs. If you would like to exchange it for something else just let us know and we will arrange it. Most of our returns tend to be caused by customers not fully appreciating the size of the handbags when they order. We state the dimensions of all our handbags next to each item. To avoid ordering a handbag and then being disappointed because it was not the size you expected, we recommend you use a tape measure or ruler to make sure that you can envisage the dimensions, Perhaps measuring against one of your own handbags. Please remember that if you have to return an item you will have to pay postage costs.
